We would like to inform you that the CMT Android App - Version 20.5.13 was posted on Google Play Store yesterday, but unfortunately, Google has rejected the submission that requires further investigation.

Announcing an update to ClickMobile Touch for Field Service Edge on Android - Version 20.5.13 planned to be released on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Please note it may take up to 48 hours from the dates listed above for the updated version to clear third-party vendor reviews and propagate out to the regional app stores. If any additional delay is encountered, we will make every effort to update this maintenance notice as soon as we have more details.
Beta access of version 20.5.13 will be available in the Google Play Store, for Beta users on December 21. At this point, the Beta should be tested with SB environments.

Below are the main functionalities that were upgraded or changed: ============================================
- Check if all objects are being updated after any update is being made. - Files: Check that customizations work, as well as uploading and downloading attachments. - Camera: Check that users can upload files from the camera and photo gallery. - Offline and Online switch: Check that when switching back to Online mode, updates are sent to the server appropriately.
Apart from these functionalities, we suggest you to test the general functionality of the app and let us know if you find any issues.
