Why was the update implemented?
This update is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the security and resilience of the Field Service Edge platform. What do you need to do?
To support a smooth rollout, we’re providing early access in Sandbox environments. This allows you time to identify any potential issues—particularly UI-related—before the update reaches production.
We kindly ask you to test your environment and report any anomalies or concerns to our support team. Your feedback is essential in helping us ensure a stable and seamless transition.
