Dear Customer,

We recently renewed our wildcard certificate as part of our normal lifecycle management. At the time of renewal, the certificate was correctly issued under the then-current DigiCert Global Root CA. After this renewal, DigiCert completed a migration of its public TLS hierarchy to the newer DigiCert Global Root G3. This change was not yet reflected in our existing certificate chain when it was first issued.

Once we became aware that DigiCert had moved new issuance to the DigiCert Global Root G3, we initiated an update of our certificate chain so that our wildcard certificate now aligns with this new root.

What is Changing?
=============
Certificate chain / Root CA
Previous root: DigiCert Global Root CA (RSA / SHA-256)
New root: DigiCert Global Root G3 (ECC 384-bit key, ECDSA with SHA-384)

*This update places us on a more modern and stronger cryptographic foundation and aligns with DigiCert’s current best practices.

When is this Changing?
===============
The infrastructure change is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025, on both Production and Sandbox environments, with the maintenance window period as follows:

* Planned time window:
* 4:30 AM - 6:30 AM UTC

What is not changing?
===============
- The domains/endpoints covered by the wildcard certificate
- How you connect to our services (Studio, Mobile App, and Legacy Tool)

Action Required:
============
If your system already includes the DigiCert Global Root G3 certificate, no action is needed. You can quickly check this by navigating to your login page and following these steps in your browser's security panel:

View Site Information -> Connection is Secure -> Certificate is Valid -> Details
If not, please install the DigiCert Global Root G3 certificate in your environment after the maintenance activity.
