Dear Customer,

As part of a Field Service Edge (FSE) product initiative to improve the security governance, the access permissions required to configure the Task PDF report template will be hardened. The change restricts access when editing existing reports or creating new reports so that only the tenant admin user can perform these operations. Read-Only access will remain and be allowed to all other Admin users.

What is changing?

* The required level of access is changing: Creating and changing Task PDF reports will be permitted only to
the FSE tenant admin (*admin@tenant-name*)

Why is it changing?
==============

It is changing based on a Salesforce Security review as part of our efforts to increase the security level required when accessing certain operations in the product.

When will this change occur?
====================

We have started to roll this out with all regions expected to be updated by 9th of May.

What is the impact?
==============

This is a non-disruptive backend cloud services change, no downtime is expected. Admin users may be prompted to re-login. No impact to any core services (e.g. Mobile, Integration, Schedule).
