Dear Click Customer,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance on your Click Field Service Edge tenants to perform a required security upgrade on the FSE Analytics.

Please note that this upgrade might cause a temporary disruption to your Analytics service availability.

When is this due?
=============
The maintenance activity is scheduled for Sunday, December 14, 2025 within the below time-window for all the PODs. The scope of this maintenance is both Production and Sandbox tenants.

* 06:00 AM - 01:00 PM UTC

What to expect?
===========
Intermittent disruption to Analytics service, of up to 10 minutes, can be expected during the maintenance period. The scope of the maintenance is the Analytics service only. All other services shall be fully available.

What actions do I need to take?

No specific actions are required from you regarding the maintenance activity.
Analytics users experiencing availability issues during this time are advised to wait for a few minutes and then try again.
