Dear Customer,

Due to a malfunction in the Audit Export API, customers were unable to access and retrieve their Audit Export files from S3 repository. As such, and due to the 30 days window to access this content, we are allowing customers to reach past content until June 30, 2021. This extension applies only to *NA region* customers and you will be able to access Audit Export files since December 2020.

What actions are required?

1. Customers who were not able to export their audit data on time will be able to access the S3 repository and
export the audit data for any missing dates from December 2020 onwards

2. You can follow this link below to read more about the REST API request to retrieve a link to the export file:
