Scheduled for Aug 30, 07:00 - 08:00 UTC

Scheduled

Dear Customer,

As part of our continuous efforts to improve the security of your FSE products, we will be updating the Wildcard SSL certificate.

ClickMobile Touch users and admin users will need to take action between Monday, August 17 and Sunday, August 30, as outlined below. Additionally, customers utilizing integrations with third-party systems (such as SAP or TIBCO) may also need to take action within this timeframe.

What is changing?
=============

Click Cloud Services will renew the SSL certificate for the cloud.clicksoftware.com domain.
Before the renewal, we will deploy the code that supports the new SSL certificate.

When is this changing?
=================

Code deployment: August 16, 2026
Certificate renewal: August 31, 2026

What to expect?
===========

No Downtime is expected during this maintenance window period.

What actions do I need to take?
=====================

After the code deployment and before the certificate renewal: (8/17/26 - 8/31/26)

* Clickmobile Touch Users should logout from the application and log in again in order to download the updated code that supports the new certificate.
* Admin Users should delete Legacy Tools and reinstall them from the FSE Studio (Just delete the BinAdmin folder located on C/SO in your computer, then download the installation file from Configuration → Legacy Admin and install it).
* For customers using our integration with a third-party system such as SAP or TIBCO, it is necessary to update the certificate on your side. The required certificate can be downloaded from our public URL (e.g. https://.cloud.clicksoftware.com/studio).

Thank You,
