Incident Report for Click

Update

Dear Customer,

We’re pleased to share that a beta version of ClickMobile with a fix for the iOS login issue is now available for testing through Apple TestFlight.

Customers interested in testing the fix are welcome to join the beta program and share their feedback.

How to join the beta testing:

- Reach out to the Support team and share your Apple ID email address to receive a TestFlight invitation.
- Open the invitation email on your iPhone or iPad and tap View in TestFlight.
- Install TestFlight from the App Store if it isn’t already installed.
- In TestFlight, tap Accept, then Install for ClickMobile.
- Verify that the installed version is 20.5.17 (5401).

Note: If you already have the App Store version installed, the beta build will replace it. We recommend logging out before installing the beta.

Thank you for your support and cooperation!

Warm Regards

Identified

Dear Click Customer,

We reproduced the issue and confirmed that it is caused by a change Apple made in iOS/iPadOS 27.2. This change affects how the in-app browser passes login information to our servers. Our servers have not changed, and device or MDM settings are not the cause.

What we are doing
Our R&D team is developing an app update to work around this change. We are testing it thoroughly and will share a release date once it is validated. We also plan to report the issue to Apple.

In the meantime
- Please hold off on updating devices to iOS/iPadOS 27.2.
- Users already on 27.2 can use ClickMobile in Chrome, the Android app, or a device running an earlier iOS/iPadOS version.

We will post another update as soon as we have more information.

Thank you,

Click Support

Investigating

Dear Click Customer,

We would like to bring to your attention a potential issue affecting users attempting to log in to ClickMobile on iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 27 or higher.

Please review the details below and take the recommended precautionary measures until further notice

Symptoms Users on iPhones and iPads cannot log in to ClickMobile. After they enter their username and tap Next, the app shows “Failed to receive data from MT”. The same account works on other devices.
Impact The issue appears to affect iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 27 or higher. More devices may be affected as they update.
Cause We are investigating a possible incompatibility between the ClickMobile iOS login flow and iOS/iPadOS 27 and higher. The cause is not yet confirmed.
Workaround No confirmed workaround is available yet. We recommend that customers do not update iPhones or iPads to iOS/iPadOS 27 or higher until further notice. Users who can sign in on a device that has not been updated can use it in the meantime.
Next steps

If you are affected, please contact Support with the device model, iOS/iPadOS version, ClickMobile app version, and the number of affected users. Device logs help if you can collect them.
We will post a further update when the cause is confirmed or a fix is available.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We will leave this incident open until this issue is resolved.
