*MAINTENANCE INFORMATION*
Change in how files hosted in the Click provided Amazon S3 bucket are stored. This change is completely transparent when using Click products (i.e. ClickMobile Touch app, Service Edge Mobile app and/or Service Edge Schedule) - no action required.
For customers using this S3 repository directly (external API) from their own systems or applications outside of the Click products to store files, please refer to the following Knowledge Article for actions you must take to prepare for this change: https://community.clicksoftware.com/s/article/File-Upload-using-External-API-S3-Encryption
