Scheduled
Dear Click Customer,

To strengthen the high availability of our Field Service Edge (FSE) infrastructure and services, we will be adding additional IP addresses for our* Primary & Secondary Network Address Translation (NAT) IP addresses used for Service Edge Outgoing Integration services.* Please update the IP address information for both your Sandbox & Production integrations to add the additional NAT IP addresses to your network security control policy rules (allow list) as early as possible to avoid any disruptions after the scheduled maintenance dates for both Sandbox & Production.

When is this changing?
================

This infrastructure change is scheduled for:

*Sandbox* environment on Monday, April 19, 2021, with the new NAT IP addresses added in all regions by 12:30pm UTC

*Production* environment on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, with the new NAT IP addresses added in all regions by 12:30pm UTC

What actions do I need to take?
======================

Update required of your network security control policy rules (IP Allow List):

Please review the table of Network Address Translator (NAT) IP Addresses for Integration APIs and ensure both primary & secondary NAT IP addresses for your tenant’s region are included in your network control policy rules. Please note, that you may have some of the IP addresses included already as we are introducing additional IP addresses per region. We strongly recommend you check that both are included in advance of the above scheduled dates to avoid disruption in outgoing integration services.

You can access the information related to the Network Address Translator (NAT) IP Addresses for Integration APIs on our FSE Documentation link mentioned below:

https://wiki.cloud.clicksoftware.com/fsedoc/en/integration/integrating-click-field-service-edge-with-external-systems/integration-overview

We strongly recommend you update your network control policy rules with the additional NAT IP addresses prior to the scheduled infrastructure date. Opening up additional IP addresses will not impact existing outgoing integration services and will ensure you are ready to accept these additional IP addresses once activated on the scheduled dates per region.

Impact:
======

* No services will be affected during this maintenance (no downtime)
* Outgoing integration could be disrupted if you have not updated the allow list with the additional NAT IP addresses in your network security control policy rules
* Duration of this activity reflects the time it will take to add the additional IP addresses, work is set to complete by 12:30pm UTC in all regions

What to expect?
============

We are adding additional IP addresses for outgoing integration services to improve the availability of our FSE integration services. If your network security control policy rules restrict IP addresses for outgoing integration (messages) please ensure the additional IP addresses are added to avoid outgoing integrations from being disrupted.

Trust is our #1 value at Salesforce and we take the availability of our Field Service Edge services and its impact on your business seriously.
