Dear Click Customer,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance on your Click Field Service Edge tenants to upgrade the FSE Analytics. Please note that this upgrade might cause a temporary disruption to your *Analytics service* availability.

We plan to upgrade FSE Analytics on Sandbox environments in December followed by Production in January for all the regions.

When is this due?
=============

The maintenance activity is scheduled within this time window: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM UTC on Sunday, December 5, 2021 for the following regions:

UK-SB: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM UTC
CA-SB: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM UTC
AU-SB: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM UTC

What to expect?
============

* The scope of the maintenance is the *Analytics service* only. All other services shall be fully available
* Intermittent disruption to Analytics service of up to 1 hour can be expected during the maintenance period
* The scope of this maintenance is *Sandbox* tenants

What actions do I need to take?
======================

* No specific actions are required from you during the maintenance activity
* Analytics users experiencing availability issues during this time are advised to wait for a few minutes and then try again
