WHEN IS THIS CHANGING?
======================

The infrastructure change is scheduled as part of MR10 Release (Planned: November 2021)

* Watch out for MR10 Release Announcements for more details on specific dates & times
* Note: The date listed here is not the exact date of the AngularJS 1.3 deprecation. Target release timing for MR10 has not been set (planned November 2021). This post will be replaced with MR10 specific maintenance posts that include specific dates for each region closer to release time

WHAT TO EXPECT?
======================

* The activity scope is update to the AngularJS framework only - hosted Field Service Edge services will be accessible during the maintenance (No downtime expected)
* AngularJS 1.3 framework will no longer be supported.

WHAT ACTIONS DO I NEED TO TAKE?
======================

* Customers who created client-side customizations on the Service Edge UI, for example, in the Schedule or Gantt, must assess the changes with the new Angular library and update the code before the MR10 release. If you used an implementer for customizations, you might find it beneficial to share this information with the implementer.

* No specific actions are required from you during the time of the maintenance activity window itself.

Click takes the availability and security of our Cloud Services and its impact to your business seriously as we aim to achieve higher security standards for our infrastructure associated to your instance.
