As per Twilio's last update, the issue is currently being worked upon by Twilio's engineering team which is observing recovery in SMS delivery delays: https://status.twilio.com/incidents/256tw1g0gwyb. We continue to monitor the situation with Twilio's services.
As a temporary resolution to this disruption to FSE services until Twilio fixes the issue, we can disable our MFA enforcement feature if need be and upon reaching out to us through S1 incidents.
