We want to inform you that Salesforce is planning the retirement of the ClickSoftware Product Training Storefront and Training Site (i.e., Litmos) effective May 2, 2024 and May 19, 2024 respectively.

You are receiving this message because you have utilized our ClickSoftware training resources in the past 2 years or have an active interest in ClickSoftware product training.
How am I affected by this change?

Beginning May 2, 2024, the ClickSoftware Product Training Storefront will no longer be available. After May 19, 2024, the ClickSoftware Product Training Site will no longer be available. We recommend you complete any training courses you are currently enrolled in and to utilize the available resources before this date.
Do I lose access to the ClickSoftware training resources immediately?

No, you will continue to have full access to the ClickSoftware Product Training Site and Training Storefront until the retirement date. We advise you to make the most of this period to complete your learning initiatives.
Do I need to take any action?

Yes, please plan to complete any in-progress training and consider downloading or saving any necessary documentation for future use. To continue enhancing your skills and knowledge, we recommend visiting Trailhead to learn more about the offerings of Salesforce and Salesforce Field Service. These resources are designed to support your ongoing learning and development in alignment with the latest industry standards and best practices.
What about support post-retirement?

Post-retirement, while the training courses and certification paths will no longer be available, you will still have the ability to reference product documentation and request training environments to support your continued use of ClickSoftware products until December 31, 2026.
